TERMS OF BOOKING

  • Set out below are the terms on which Life Right UK Limited (hereafer referred to as 'The Company') provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment.  By making a booking you are agreeing to these in full.
  • 1. Booking Policy
    When booking for the first time, you should book the 'initial consultation' with the correct practitioner.  An initial consultation is payable at the time of booking.
    For all other appointments, we require a valid payment card to be held on your account in order to proceed with the booking.  
  • 2. Your online account
    When booking an appointment, you will be provided with an online account where you can make appointments, review, change or cancel existing appointments.  If you do not have your login details, please request a password reminder, as setting up a new account will require further advanced payment.  You are responsible for updating us of any changes to your contact details.  Similarly, if you do not get updates, it could be that your email account is blocking automated emails from our system.  Please ensure you add our details to your 'safe' list.
    You will receive an email when the appointment is made.  
  • 3.  Making an appointment
    You can make an appointment through our website 24 hours a day.  When you book, you will receive an email confirmation.  You will also receive a reminder email 72 hours before the appointment and a text message 24 hours before (providing all details provided are correct).   To ensure everyone has fair access to available appointments, you can only make 2 advanced appointments with any practitioner.  You cannot make an appointment without first registering a valid payment card.

    4.  Rescheduling/cancelling.  We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy, after which time, our booking system will not allow you to make these changes and you will be charged in full for this appointment. 
    In the event where a payment is not authorised, you will not be able to book further appointments until your account is settled.  In the event of the company needing to change an appointment due to illness or practitioner unavailability, no refund or discount will be due however we will endeavour to get you an appointment as soon as possible.
    In the event of a late cancellation (within 48 hours of the appointment time), if we are able to reallocate the appointment, we will waive the sessional fee.  If we are unable to reallocate the appointment, your nominated payment card will be charged for the full sessional amount.

  • 5.  Your appointment.
    Please ensure you arrive in good time, as, due to the busy diaries we are unable to extend your appointment.  If attending for the first time, you will need to complete a new client form online prior to your arrival.
    In some cases where the booking system allows you to book across a space for two appointments, it may be necessary to manually alter your appointment time slightly.  Similarly, if you book an extended appointment across two shorter appointment times, or book a short appointment in an extended appointment slot, your appointment will be shortened or lengthened to fit within the confines of the practitioner's diary.  In the event of any change to your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • 6. Credit card details and payments
    When you input your card details via your online account, your payment card details are captured via 'Stripe', an online banking company.  After you enter your details, only the last 4 digits are visible to staff.  In the event of payments being made over the telephone, these are deemed as 'unsecure transactions' for which there is a much higher transaction rate due on these, so 2.75% will be added to any 'unsecure transaction' when using a payment card that is not registered on your online account.

  • 7.  Rates
    The current rates are as shown on our rates page.  Any change to these rates will be displayed in our centre and on our website at least 30 days prior to changing.  Rates may vary depending on location.

    8.  Life Right UK Limited 

    will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.  The client agrees to these and the terms on each new client form.  It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide the Company with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment.
